Description Halo Technology Holdings (also known as Warp Technology Holdings) owns and operates a portfolio of enterprise software and information technology companies. Halo, which overhauled its management team in 2004 in connection with a funding deal, acquired relational database software maker Gupta Technologies from Platinum Equity in January 2005. Gupta offers a relational database software product that helps companies capture and manage customer-related data, and it also provides application development tools that help software developers create enterprise applications. In July 2005 Halo bought Kenosia and its DataAlchemy line of sales and marketing analytics software from Bristol Technology.
