Our mission is to ensure that every building project and job site benefits from virtual design and construction.
ZELUS was founded 15+ years ago by 11 people from a picnic table at Papago Park where we’d meet several times each week because couldn’t afford rent. Since those early startup days, we’ve grown organically into 100+ full time employees with multiple offices throughout the United States. Our rapid growth is because the people on our team care about each other and our clients. We’ve created a team of incredibly diverse, high-character people who are passionate about technology and using it to create solutions.
So, what do we do? We “capture” existing conditions—buildings, interior spaces, topography, etc.—using state-of-the-art imaging technology. We then convert that data into highly accurate “digital twins” or 3D computer models that are used by owners, contractors, architects, and engineers for design, renovation, and construction. We also provide Building Information Modeling (BIM) services and 3D modeling support. But what we really sell is accountability and quality.
