We provide business and personal insurance, employee benefits, risk management and HR consulting to businesses and individuals. Our goal is to be a partner in creating success for our clients. With roots going back over 100 years in the insurance industry, starting with two agencies that combined in 1988 to become Bailey Haskell Insurance. From there the agency underwent many changes and added risk management, employee benefits and HR consulting through mergers and acquisitions, rebranding to OneGroup in 2014. OneGroup is a fully owned subsidiary of Community Financial System, Inc.
