The primary mission of eCruise is to fill the project implementation and support gaps created in the industry by Oracle’s acquisition of Fidelio Cruise Software via its purchase of Micros in 2014. Working with Oracle in partnership through the Oracle Partner Program, eCruise’s services complement Oracle’s product line and the services fit well into Oracle’s business model of working with partners to enhance their customer support and further the penetration of Oracle software into the cruise industry.
