Sono-Tek wants to spray it, not say it. The company makes ultrasonic liquid atomizing nozzles that can apply fluids such as flux (used with solder on electronic circuit boards), molten metals, and polymeric coatings. Its SonoFlux 2000F spray fluxer product is designed for high-volume operations. SonoFlux XL applies solder flux to electronic printed circuit boards that vary from two inches up to 24 inches in width. Sono-Tek's MediCoat product is used for stent coating, applying thin layers of expensive polymer and drug coating to arterial stents.
