Arris StudioArchitects is a full service architectural firm that believes strongly in a team approach to building projects. The partners of Arris Studio Architects, Thom Jess and Steve Rigor, have a combined 28 years of experience designing and managing complex and challenging architectural projects. These projects are located throughout Northern and Central California, as well as many Western States and range from the historic renovation of the Shattuck Hotel, a 199 room, landmark 1909 hotel in Berkeley, CA, to both affordable and market-rate multifamily communities, mixed-use urban infill projects and large scale retail centers. They approach each project as a unique building challenge and pride themselves in their ability to understand the big picture and find creative solutions to the most challenging problems.
