In the dark you can see what the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the Singapore Zoo, and the Sydney Opera House have in common. "The G" and the other facilities all utilize Ecoglo's patented passive illumination pathfinding systems. Because the company's photoluminescent systems bypass electricity, absorb overhead light, and glow in the dark, they provide added safety during emergency situations (such as blackouts) by supplying several hours of illumination in conditions of complete darkness. Products include floor-based systems, step nosings, guidance strips, and emergency exit and aisle signage for use in arenas, theaters, cinemas, offices, health care, and other public facilities.
