Deecon is deliberately different to traditional consultancies. A fast-growing procurement, project and commercial assurance and dispute resolution consultancy operating across the United Kingdom, Deecon was founded in 2008 by Darren Gillard after he recognised that traditional consultancies approaches were failing to deliver the best results for their clients or employees. Traditional consultancies deploy project teams with generalists who may not fully engage with their clients and who can be content to produce reports rather than delivering solutions. Deecon breaks this mould. Deecon deploys project teams with strong leadership and subject matter experts who are supported by talented Business Analysts. Company social events on the first Friday of every month and an unparalleled working environment ensures that everyone at Deecon enjoys their work. This is key to Deecon delivering the solutions that make measurable, sustainable and significant improvements for our clients.
Our key values (Accountability, Efficiency, Culture, and Results) and approach means that we are not bound by rigid corporate structures that can frustrate talented individuals and prevent them from designing novel solutions to our clients challenges. Everyone at Deecon, from Summer Interns to Directors are encouraged by our open and collaborative culture to challenge the status quo. Each Friday there is the opportunity for individuals to present their ideas to peers and the Senior Leadership team which can lead to decisive changes to Deecon as part of our drive to constantly improve. This approach is working. Deecon has grown sustainably into a 25-person strong, highly skilled consultancy with a wealth of experience in all aspects of strategic procurement, project and commercial assurance and dispute resolution. We currently have ongoing projects at the UK’s largest telecommunication company and several national Water companies amongst numerous other clients. In line with our growth, Deecon are looking to hire ambitious, driven graduates to work as Business Analysts on our client projects whilst improving our internal systems and processes.
