Aiven is a trusted open source data platform for everyone. Open source is our beating heart and it’s something that fuels our work and our culture. Helping to create the code that runs the world is never that straightforward, but it sure is fun.
Our 450+ colleagues - or Crabs as we call ourselves! - work remote or hybrid across all over the world. Even though we aren’t always together in person, our shared belief in community helps us work as one connected and collaborative Cast.
