HVJ Associates, Inc. (HVJ) provides a range of geotechnical, construction material, environmental and pavement engineering services. HVJ, a Texas corporation founded in Houston in 1985, has been providing engineering services for more than 25 years. HVJ is certified as a HUB and MBE/DBE. HVJ has offices in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth and El Paso. Combined, these offices employ approximately 150 staff. HVJ is able to utilize the skills of personnel in all offices to provide a specific service to their clients and meet their schedule. Typically HVJ addresses local project needs in the local office, but if additional support is needed HVJ can provide services from other offices to meet project schedules.
