Since its inception in 2006, Baumann Consulting (Baumann) has established itself as a reputable consulting firm for world-class energy efficiency and sustainability consulting services. With offices in Washington D.C., Chicago, and Frankfurt (Germany), we provide sustainable and innovative building solutions for the US and international markets. We provide sound engineering practices and creative solutions based on German quality, American innovation, and global best practices. Baumann has expertise in various sectors including residential, commercial, institutional, educational, and industrial buildings. Baumann’s services cover the entire life cycle of buildings, starting with energy audits and feasibility studies, the development and evaluation of design concepts, through building simulation, commissioning, M&V, and monitoring of the performance of buildings and systems. Our work has included more than 800 projects, ranging from single systems to buildings and large-scale projects encompassing entire campuses, cities, and counties.
