Schreiber nationwide network of full-service Independent Purveyors, our products are also available through other channels of distribution. Our Purveyors personally visit each customer on a regular basis with their fully-stocked mobile ingredient showroom. They monitor inventory levels of stock and rotate inventory on customer shelves, if desired. Customers can purchase exactly what they need because we break cases and have no minimum order. R.L. R.L. SCHREIBER began as a one-man operation in a small Ft. Lauderdale, Florida facility. The business steadily grew from food base manufacturing to also include spices and seasoning blends. Ray was dedicated to making products he could be proud of. He had faith in his products and knew others would too once they tried them. During the early years of the company, Ray would manufacture products in the morning and then sell them in the afternoon. Over time, Ray perfected his manufacturing techniques and recipes. Word of the outstanding product quality got around. We outgrew our original facility in 1981. With Ray‘s foresight as a true businessman and entrepreneur, he moved production to a facility Pompano Beach, Florida, where an expansion was completed in 1993 for USDA production.
R.L. SCHREIBER moved its spice manufacturing to a new facility in Lebanon, KY in 2011. By 2015, our food base manufacturing also moved to Lebanon, KY to our newly constructed state-of-the art USDA manufacturing facility. Company headquarters remain where our roots are, in South Florida. R.L. Schreiber’s humble operation that began with Raymond Schreiber grew over time, but never waivered from its fundamental principles of never compromising quality or service.
