Kitagawa NorthTech, Inc. -Workholding and Tooling leader for Turning and Milling applications, has named Shawn Luschei Chief Operating Officer (COO) for North American headquarters and operations. The promotion of Mr. Luschei to the senior leadership position of COO for the company was officially effective January 4th, 2021. Most recently, Mr. Luschei held the management position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In the new leadership role as COO, Mr. Luschei will oversee and manage all daily operations, departments and management teams for the North American Workholding and Tooling Company including, engineering, manufacturing, production, sales, marketing, distribution, repair/rebuild services and human resources. In addition, Luschei will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans that will help guide the company to continued growth and success in the future.
