Mission Our mission is to improve the health of millions.
We believe the first step to reaching your best health is to discover exactly how your body works and then retrain your biology from the inside out. Our science shows that everybody’s response to food is unique. Even identical twins! Your metabolism is not defined by your genes and it can change.
We’re committed to health equity.
Health research has a history of bias but we pledge to do better. While equality means giving every person the same thing, health equity means giving people what they truly need to reach their optimal health.
Description We unlock the power of science for every body.
ZOE means life in Greek and we’re committed to helping people live to their fullest. We are a health science company founded by Tim, Jonathan and George (George is the Greek!). We are running the largest in-depth nutrition study in the world, and the largest COVID science project with over 4m participants.
We believe that nothing is more important than the food we eat. Our journey started 25 years ago, when Tim started his study of 13,000 twins, looking at genes, gut microbes and lifestyle. He was surprised to discover that even identical twins, who share all their genes, have very different responses to the same foods. So there is no one right way to eat - the key lies in understanding your own biology.
