Netkey hoped to open up the kiosk market to lots of happy customers. The company's software products are used to create, monitor, and manage self-service applications and content delivered through digital signs, computer terminals, kiosks, handheld devices, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and employee workstations. Its products power digital signage and advertising displayed on more than 75,000 kiosks and screens in banks, retail locations, and credit unions. Netkey's customers include BMW, Bank of America, Borders, J. C. Penney, and Target. NCR Corporation acquired the assets of Netkey in 2009.
