Most days, Perdue Transportation Inc. truck drivers travel great distances to deliver products to customers. But, on a recent Saturday, 15 Perdue drivers delivered smiles to Special Olympics Delaware athletes and their families during the 23rd edition of the Truck Convoy, a unique police-escorted caravan of tractor trailers and other trucks on a scenic 29-mile route in central Delaware. The truck convoy is a spirited celebration of the trucking industry and its support of Special Olympics. We recognize the importance of supporting our communities through partnerships like this that showcase the heart and soul of our drivers.
