We exist to positively impact people through our work. That's it. The further we can expand and multiply that impact, the better. And that impact is internal and external: internally we want to be the best environment for people to develop their careers, learn new skills, challenge themselves, feel seen and heard and like they belong, and solve interesting problems. Externally, we want to positively impact our clients, their users, and the community as a whole with our unique brand of partnership and problem solving.
Synapse Studios was started by two friends who had a shared passion for building software together, back before it was cool. 18 years later, we're still together, and still building software for a wide variety of clients.
We fancy ourselves as built "by engineers, for engineers": leadership here is technical, engaged, but open-minded and progressive. We're dedicated to building an organization built on a strong culture of mutual respect, having fun, low stress, and low egos. We're proud of our culture of engineering excellence, and building a place people love to come to work.
