Naturally, the 30-member fig cooperative known as the Valley Fig Growers calls Fresno home. The co-op's products, which include fig paste, nuggets, concentrate, filling, and powder, as well as whole, diced, and sliced dried figs, are shipped all over the world. Its brands include Blue Ribbon Orchard Choice and Sun-Maid. Valley Fig's customers include retail food stores, other food manufacturers, and foodservice providers.
