CGO was founded in 1997 by Tom Connor and Dan Gallagher. We're a commercial insurance agency based in Lisle, Illinois with a focus on serving small and mid-sized organizations in the greater Chicago area. We have service teams and consultants in each of the areas of insurance, risk management, employee benefits, HR, payroll, HRIS, 401(k) and 403(b) plan services, life insurance, and employee wellness.
