One notable difference about the firm: it doesn't pay commissions to employees who sell products. Instead all employees are eligible for annual bonuses based on customer satisfaction. The firm has offices in Anchorage, Alaska and Bellevue, Washington. Parker, Smith & Feek was founded in 1937.
