Description Nobao Renewable Energy doesn't mind digging to make its green. Operating through three subsidiaries, the company designs, sells, installs, and usually maintains ground source heat pump (GSHP) technologies in China. The GSHP-based heating, cooling, and hot water supply offerings run under buildings, exploiting the earth's natural heat exchange properties to improve energy efficiency. The systems can be installed during building construction or under existing commercial buildings. Most company revenues are from 10 to 25 year energy management contracts (EMC), under which Nabao designs, builds, and installs GSHP systems and provides maintenance for the duration of the contract. Nobao filed to go public in 2011.
