Description Kodak Imaging Network, doing business as KODAK Gallery, makes it easy to share digital photos. Formerly Ofoto, the service lets registered users create online photo albums that friends and family members can view and download. The site also offers free editing tools and photo printing services, and it sells gifts (such as calendars, coffee mugs, and mouse pads) that users can personalize with their images. KODAK Gallery counts more than 75 million registered members. Ofoto was founded in 1999 and acquired by Eastman Kodak in 2001. It was renamed when Kodak rebranded the service in 2005, and operates as part of Kodak's Consumer Digital Imaging Group. Eastman Kodak filed for Chapter 11 in 2012.
