When Dwight Parr Sr. opened the first PARR Lumber yard in 1930, he couldn’t have imagined that a single location would grow into one of the nation’s leading building material suppliers. Today, PARR operates 48 locations across Oregon and Washington—serving Pacific Northwest homeowners, contractors, and builders with trusted products and local expertise.
Still family-owned and headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon, PARR is proudly led by the third generation of the Parr family, continuing a legacy of exceptional service and lasting relationships.

PARR is made up of five specialized divisions providing full-service building solutions across residential and light commercial construction:
• PARR Lumber: 25 lumber yards offering over 6,000 homebuilding products—from framing lumber and decking to windows, doors, and siding—plus innovative Opti-Frame pre-cut services for high-production builders.
• PARR Design Center: 9 locations featuring cabinets, countertops, appliances, and more. Our expert designers guide customers through every step of their remodel or new build.
• PARR Truss: 9 manufacturing facilities producing custom roof and floor trusses for residential, multi-family, agricultural, and light commercial projects.
• PARR Door & Millwork: 5 facilities providing pre-hung doors, millwork, stair parts, and finish trim, all tailored to your design and specifications.
