ComplYant was founded in 2019 by Shiloh Johnson, a small business accountant who knows how difficult it can be to file taxes as an owner or founder. Small businesses make outsized contributions to the American economy, but they are burdened to interpret complex tax code correctly or risk expensive penalties.
