As the Night Manager of The Bloomsbury, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our guests overnight lead the Front Office team during this time. As Night Manager, you will be warm and welcoming, providing the guest with an efficient and courteous welcome and departure, whilst also working behind the scenes to oversee the completion of nightly reports and prepare for the next day arrivals. Experience with LQA and Forbes service standards would be preferred. The ideal candidate will be working in a similar role within the luxury hotel Front Office department. Rather than ordering pre-made hampers, each one was personally assembled with genuine appreciation for the remarkable individuals who make our organisation thrive. From personalised gift bags featuring each team member’s name to carefully hand-selected items, this effort went beyond simply gifting—it served as a meaningful reminder of the importance of attention to detail and genuine care. Taking the time to craft these hampers ourselves added a personal touch that reflects our gratitude. At its core, it’s these thoughtful gestures that truly make a difference.
