Founded in 2006, Lotus School is committed to providing a safe learning environment and a rigorous college preparatory curriculum for over 800 students. Lotus School received the Bronze Medal from U.S. News in 2015 and is the only school in Aurora Public Schools to receive medal recognition. Charter schools are tuition-free, public schools that have the flexibility to be innovative, entrepreneurial, self-governing, and are held accountable for student and operational performance.
