Mission Our mission is to improve the quality-of-care and affordability of healthcare for millions of patients in the United States.
Description At Stellar Health, we want to help healthcare providers deliver the best quality of care for their patients. We’ve built a point-of-care platform that realigns the incentive structure for clinicians and staff, so they can focus on taking preventive measures to keep people healthy and get rewarded for it!
Our mission is to empower physicians to deliver value-based care through real-time notifications and meaningful incentives. Under a value-based healthcare model, healthcare providers are compensated based on patient health outcomes, not how many people they see in a day.
The Stellar platform simplifies value-based care by delivering a simple checklist of recommended actions for providers and staff based on each patient’s historical data, and rewards them for the extra work required. As a result, providers generate additional revenue for their practice, payers see an increase in ROI and, most importantly, patients receive the quality of care that they deserve.
It’s an exciting time to join the Stellar Team: We recently raised a $60M Series B from Top VCs in the health-tech space (General Atlantic, Point72, & Primary Venture Partners), have an established product and proven operating model, and we’re scaling our team to meet the continued growth and impact on our healthcare system.
