In 1958, Charles W. Weaver and Luke S. Weaver founded Charles W. Weaver, Inc., a residential masonry contracting firm based in Lancaster County, PA. Company was founded upon sound morals and impeccable business ethics. In 1985, the newly-established Weaver Precast joined Weaver Masonry, in an effort to re-enter the residential construction market. Soon after, Superior Walls became the standard foundation solution for many builders because it was the only foundation system that arrived at the jobsite ready to install and with insulation and studding integrated into the wall. Today, Weaver Precast is in its third generation of family ownership and has experienced tremendous growth in both the residential and small business construction markets.
