Show appreciation for work your employees are doing and share their stories. 2020 has been an unexpectedly difficult year due to the coronavirus and continues to be so until we get vaccine and is made available to all of us. We appreciate that this is a situation of global crisis and we stand together as a greater Sathguru family, took required precautions for the safety of our associates and their family members. The HR plays a very critical role at a time like this. We have been alert, agile, responsive and supportive. Swift and proactive measures in the interest of everyone’s health and safety: Even before the Central or State Government imposed any travel restrictions and lockdown, we did so in the interest of everyone’s safety. We completely banned all official travel from March, 2020 and proactively moved to a complete work from home as well.
