Aerotas, making a mistake is not a problem at all, but lying about it or trying to cover it up is. By
being honest with our clients and with one another, we have built an incredible reputation and a
wonderful place to work and earned an incredible amount of trust and respect from our clients.
Transparency: Tied very closely to Honesty, Aerotas strives to be transparent. In addition to
being honest, we try to give as much information as possible to our clients and to each other
and not hide or bury any valuable information. Internally, this means we will put up as few
internal barriers to data as reasonably and legally possible. Externally, this means we aren’t
afraid of sharing our processes, workflows, and technology with our clients. Project pricing,
turnaround times, workflows, software, hardware, etc., can and should all be shared as
transparently as possible.
Kindness: Always be kind to other people and employees. Clients, employees, and in fact, all
humans can sometimes become angry or frustrated. It is on us to rise above this and treat
everyone with kindness and respect, no matter how they are treating you.

Aerotas offers drone data processing for land surveyors. Surveyors fly the drone, and Aerotas delivers CAD files created from the drone data. Surveyors get a clean surface, contours, and dozens of other features like curblines, paint striping, utilities, and more. Thousands of high-performing surveyors already use Aerotas to process their drone data. There is no contract or long-term commitment and no new software to purchase because our deliverables work with the client's existing CAD software.
