We believe that mistrust and misunderstanding are two of the biggest problems facing us all today. When you understand and empathize with people’s feelings, appreciate that their emotions drive their behavior, you optimize engagement and loyalty across your business, with consumers, employees, and investors. We use the new language of emoji as a proxy to measure and quantify culturally authentic feelings with Millennials and Gen Z Consumers. Emoji are their digital native language and our tests, across thousands of users, have proved that our Ux unleashes their emotions; like a firehose that has been capped, because we engage them with their language. Our Ux pairs relevant emoji with streaming short-form Brand video stories of less than five minutes featuring existing consumer-facing or employee experience content. Once we harvest their expressions our back-end tech stack measures, FAST, the exact place in the stories that they are expressing sentiment, and we de-mystify, quantify, and score those thousands of data points (with first-party crowdsourced valency) We publish electronic reports that are clear, with actionable insights. The company is generating revenue from Fortune 500 Pilots, across multiple verticals, and we are starting to convert customers to recurring revenue. In 2022 our tech innovation road map includes adding voice response to our Ux to further engage users to authentically measure and predict human behavior to build Trust among Consumers, Employees, Retail Investors, and applying our technology to help drive and support major social policy initiatives.
