Global Business Advisors (formerly Business Financial Group) provides corporate services, including human resources consulting, compliance and administration support, payroll, and employee benefits program and retirement plan development and maintenance. At GBA, we help you do the things that you need to do... but don't have time to do. We can assist in the following areas: Human Resources, Payroll & Compensation, and Employee Benefits.

Our associates are focused on client retention and are not commissioned salespeople. We’ve set up in this way to ensure that our consultants and teams are focused on providing service to our existing clients, rather than being exclusively focused on sales and growth. We do have growth goals, but we have a marketing team that can concentrate on growth so that our service teams can focus on our current clients and keeping them happy.
Each of our associates has a fiduciary relationship with our clients, so every recommendation and transaction is performed for the benefit and advantage of our clients. We follow a process to ensure we are consistent in the services we do for our clients.
We support our associates in holding the highest industry credentials, and we are committed to having 100% of our staff engaged in continuing education (whether that be on the job or in the classroom). Each of our associates is an expert in one of our service areas and is devoted to maintaining that status. We offer competitive pay and extensive benefits:
