J. F. Edwards Construction Company is a specialty outside electrical contracting firm founded by John F. Edwards Sr. in 1947. Our headquarters is located in Geneseo, IL.
The company is an IBEW union contractor and has been proudly so since originally founded. This long standing relationship with the IBEW has proven to be key to our ability to staff our labor needs with qualified, well trained, productive and safety oriented personnel.
JFECC currently develops its activity in the following areas:
*Wind Farm Electrical Collection Systems
*Transmission Lines
*Substations
*Specialty Electrical Lighting Services
*Airport Lighting and Navaids
In 2010 JFECC was merged into the EIP Group (www.eip-sa.pt), a European based multinational company established in 1956 and specializing in Transmission Lines and Substations with a presence in 12 countries on 4 continents.
