Elysian Crest (EC) Pvt Ltd, is an agile, client-centric software development company founded in 2020, to deliver state-of-the-art services, solutions, and technologies to clientele worldwide. The company has been in operation for 5 years.
We have worked with 15+ clients of which 10 were government stakeholders during the relatively short time since our inception and have designed and developed technological solutions in a diverse set of domains ranging from FinTech, trade and e-commerce, marketing, process automation, web & mobile based software design and development, cloud migrations and data analytics.
Our company’s vision is to provide domain-driven cutting-edge technology solutions to develop and grow public, business, and consumer markets. And as such we deeply understand the importance of modernizing the public sectors within the nation through the transition of the manual processes and systems into the digital domain for the Sri Lankan government to transform into a Digital Government.
From the public sector projects, we have worked on (Refer to Chapter 2 Company Portfolio) we have gained a wealth of experience in the underlying mechanisms, complexities, required levels of security and due diligence needed as well as the challenges associated with designing and developing systems for the public sector. Each of our government clientele had a unique set of requirements and processes that were used to deliver services to both local and foreign customers. By thoroughly studying these manual systems we were able to create digital solutions that were a perfect fit for each client.
Due to these stringent protocols and due diligence, we have successfully completed and launched digitalization and automation projects for 3 major government agencies which has completely replaced their existing manual processes. Along with this the company boosts a strong standing in the Consultation and Development of websites for 4 government agencies where their websites were reimagined from the ground up to fit within the modern expectations along with the integration of a state of the Content Management System (CMS) for continuous updates to these websites. Moreover, we proudly serve as a trusted cloud hosting provider for 2 government clients, further solidifying our commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions across various technological domains.
Furthermore, working with government agencies has also allowed us to build relationships and collaborate closely with the Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) and gain a deep understanding into their existing services and infrastructure facilities to design, develop, manage, and deploy these respective projects.
In addition, our strategic alliances extend to partnering with LankaPay for the seamless integration of the LankaPay Online Payment Platform (LPOPP). We have also successfully integrated LankaSign for digital signatures, demonstrating our commitment to enhancing the security and efficiency of digital transactions. Furthermore, we have facilitated internet payment gateway integration with prominent state banks like People’s Bank, reinforcing our dedication to comprehensive and cutting-edge solutions in the digital landscape.
We believe that the systems we create must be able to fulfil all the current roles the manual system is able to achieve, while enhancing the experience to both the government worker as well as the citizen using said system by enhancing the quality of the government services and delivery, reducing bureaucracy, improving efficiency, accountability, and transparency.

We provide technical expertise and development support for DavidsRock, a social technological start-up specializing in connecting people with grassroots organizations through a centralized platform. This venture underscores our unwavering commitment to enhancing diverse sectors, fostering social connections, and contributing to economic development.
Furthermore, our software development expertise extends to Grubtech, a Dubai-based food-hailing company, where we have seamlessly integrated with the Oracle Micros Symphony POS system. Through the development of an API-based Middleware, we facilitate seamless connections between customers and restaurants, contributing to the operational efficiency of Grubtech.
