Shop LC broadcasts a live Studio show on Televisions in over 75 Million US homes 24/7/365, as well as through our website and Digital channels. We currently employ over 500 Employees in our Austin office, from Warehouse and Customer Service to Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, Production, and HR.
Shop LC strongly believes in giving back to our communities. Through our Your Purchase Feeds program, Shop LC donates one nutritious meal to a school-going child in India, the US, and the UK for each item sold through all its platforms. This program has created immense engagement with our customers, team members, and communities that we operate in.
Shop LC drives about 60% of revenue from our live TV platform and 40% online. Approximately 75% of total sales are from our Jewelry with the balance coming from Home, Apparel, Beauty, and Lifestyle products. We ship approximately 35,000 products every single day.
Shop LC was established in Austin, TX in 2007. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL) a well-established vertically integrated company, founded in India 41 years ago. The company is fully integrated from designing, manufacturing, distributing, and retailing the majority of our own products. We operate a 24/7 live electronic retail in the UK as TJC (www.tjc.co.uk) in addition to Shop LC (www.ShopLC.com) in the US.
VGL is a publicly listed and actively traded corporation in Indian stock exchanges. It also has Private Equity backing from well-known PE firms. VGL’s total employee strength is approximately 3500 worldwide.
Shop LC has had double-digit CAGR last five years and sees huge market potential in the US for its discount electronic retail through TV, Web, OTT, Marketplaces, and social channels. We have expanded call centers to include outsourced third parties in the US, South America, and Asia. Our digital business is growing very rapidly, and we are very excited about our future growth prospects.
