Excellent students are missed by admissions teams every year because of their test scores and transcripts, even if they have a great deal to contribute to the classroom.

Description Kira helps schools identify applicants who are a great fit for their program. Kira is an applicant assessment platform that combines video and written assessments with traditional admissions requirements such as test scores, essays, and reference letters.
Each Kira assessment is customized to evaluate key traits tied to success, customized to the program, such as leadership, motivation, and overall communication skills. We hope to help schools enable a holistic, student-first admissions process that is efficient, effective, and fair.
