We believe artisans and employees deserve fair pay for their work and that is why we charge a small fraction of the average gallery fee for art sales.
We believe in sourcing ingredients locally, ethically and seasonally. Whenever possible, our food and drinks are prepared with ingredients from our network of local farmers and providers who are proven to use sustainable and humane practices. Our menu changes seasonally to accommodate local ingredients and sustainable practices.

The Artisan’s Palate is a restaurant, cocktail & wine bar and art gallery in NoDa in Charlotte, NC offering a unique menu of craft cocktails, wine and shareable plates in a neighborly, relaxed atmosphere with a focus on art and those who create it.
Our space features a gallery where local artists are featured monthly. Guests are introduced to immersive experiences, crafted by our Chef and Owner, Christa Csoka, that converge all five senses through food, beverage, art, music and more based on each collection.
The Artisan’s Palate is an inclusive destination for our customers – from local coffee during the day, to rustic-yet-refined plates and curated cocktails at night, to savory and sweet brunch on Sunday. We also sell wine, coffee, art and so much more in support of local artisans all within a creative, community environment.
