Founded in 1984, Shelter Mortgage Company is a national independent mortgage company that is headquartered in Brown Deer, WI. We partner with real estate companies, builders community banks and relocation companies to offer mortgage financing, allowing us to offer a convenient one-stop experience for both home buying and home financing nationwide. Shelter Mortgage Company's subsidiaries are Summit Home Mortgage, Ruhl Mortgage, Capital Partners Mortgage, Guaranty Mortgage Services, Gibraltar Mortgage Services, and Shelter Lending Services.
