Mission Our Mission, Vision and Values were not created in a dark room by an executive team, penned by a single CEO, or created by a marketing guru to impress prospective clients or candidates. They were written by our people together. That exercise in and of itself, reflects who we are and how we work.
In our first few months as a company, we intentionally drafted, re-wrote, discussed, voted upon, and finalized these statements to reflect who we are, what we want to do, and how we want to do it. We were conscientious of becoming the culture-first organization we sought to be rather than letting our culture and purpose organically develop into something that was not the intent. We wanted to be purpose-driven from the start.
