Based in Draper, Utah, RLW provides design-build, construction management, general contracting, and design-bid-build services to public and private sectors in the Intermountain West region. The company operates as a subsidiary of Sterling Construction Co. Inc. of Houston, Texas, permitting RLW to continue to grow and expand.
