This year, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of our Trainers Awarding tradition at Vention 💪 For 10 years now, we’ve been recognizing people who contribute to learning, mentoring, workshops, meetups, and everyday knowledge sharing across the company. And this year alone, almost 250 trainers were recognized across different teams and locations ❤️ Most of them are engineers, managers, and experts who combine project work with helping others grow professionally. A strong engineering culture is built not only on delivery, but also on people who are willing to share experience, explain, support, and help others move faster. Today, we’re spotlighting two engineers from our Kyrgyzstan office — Ainazik Momunalieva, Java Software Engineer, and Ermek Dzhumagulov, Python Software Engineer — who have quickly grown in their roles and are already making a strong impact. 👉 Ainazik contributes to a fleet management platform with real-time video monitoring and AI-driven driver behavior analysis, taking ownership early by developing and integrating a live streaming feature through multiple iterations. For her, growth comes from stepping outside the comfort zone and tackling complex challenges head-on. 👉 Ermek works on an AI-powered analytics platform for gaming and advertising, where he values simplicity in engineering and the impact of strong team environments. After years of remote work, he rediscovered the importance of in-person collaboration and team dynamics.
