      Description First National Community Bancorp is the holding company for First National Community Bank, which has about 20 offices in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wayne and Monroe counties in northeastern Pennsylvania. The bank provides standard retail services such as checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit, credit cards, mortgages, and other loans. It also offers wealth management services. The bank is mainly a business lender, with commercial mortgages accounting for more than 40% of its loan portfolio and operating loans comprising about another quarter. Chairman Louis DeNaples and his brother Dominick, who is vice chairman, each own around 10% of First National Community Bancorp.
