Description UP Education Network’s (UP) is a school success organization with a mission to create exceptional learning experiences for students who are systemically excluded from opportunity. We do this in partnership with families and communities.
UP currently serves over 1,300 students in grades preK-8. Our schools, located in Dorchester, are part of Boston Public Schools but operate with a charter-like autonomy. This structure allows us the flexibility to implement innovative practices while providing the resources and support needed to create exceptional learning experiences for our students.

Over a third of our students are multilingual, 92% are considered high needs, and 87% come from low-income backgrounds.
