From an end-user perspective, this means getting answers to your questions instantly instead of being blocked for hours. For Web3 projects, this means providing the best possible customer support to increase user retention, as well as giving them the tools to analyze how community engagement translates to on-chain product usage.

AwesomeQA is the leading customer support solution for communities with clients such as Aave, Dune, Scroll, Fuel and many more. Our solution aggregates user questions from all channels (Discord, Telegram, Twitter) and provides automated responses wherever possible. Additionally, we are providing the businesses with product feedback and engagement insights.

- **Who is part of the AwesomeQA team?**
Besides the two founders, out team consists of our freelance engineer Moritz who is helping us with the frontend, our product designer Miguel, and our Sales & Marketing Manager Ali.

- **What does the interview process look like?**
A structured and transparent process matters to us. Depending on a given position, the process may differ, but generally we try to adhere to the following structure:

1. Getting to know each other in a call (30mins), either with Alex or Korbi [format: videocall]
2. Position / function specific call (usually 60mins), for more technical positions with Korbi, for more business related functions with Alex [format: videocall]
3. Depending on a given position, this may be an additional call (including a case), and or a take home exam / case study [format: videocall]
4. Meeting in person to really get to know each other better 🎉 [format: IRL meeting]

We know being fast matters and we know the time of all of us is the most precious. At the same time, we believe for a successful and fun working-relationship and team culture, it is of utmost importance to get to know each other well, before mutually deciding to go on this journey together. We try to balance the aforementioned in the best possible way during the process.

- **Where is AwesomeQA based?**
We are based in Munich, Germany. Our office is located at Agnes-Bernauer-Str. 88, close to the S-Bahn Stammstrecke and the U5.

- **What is your view on remote work?**
As we are an early stage venture, we believe in the importance of sitting together in one room cracking hard problems and bringing AwesomeQA to the next level. Hence, we expect applicants, at least on a regular basis, to be in our Munich office.
