Learning as Leadership (LaL) is a training, executive coaching, and consulting firm specializing in Ego-Free Leadership™. We support our clients to lead from a place of purpose and contribution rather than fear and self-protection. We work at the individual, team, and company level and our focus is sustainable transformation.
Our Core Values:
• Learning: We infuse learning and self-reflection into our day-to-day operations as well as our internal and external trainings. In workshop settings, even our most senior facilitators see themselves as “fellow practitioners”.
• Authenticity: We strive to be forthcoming and transparent about what’s going on for us beneath the surface in order to foster connection and bring points of friction into the open.
• Caring: We were founded on care and connection. We make space for our employees’ stories, struggles, and celebrations. And if somebody in our community needs support, we make time.
