      Not very interesting when you're not into gambling. Other branches of the company are not very appreciative off the work we do as graphic designer.

      Honest review after +1 year at Napoleon Games

      Pros

      Working at Napoleon has been great! Even though there are lots of Pros, I do really believe this is something every individual needs to determine for him- or herself. All I can do is speak about my own experience: 1. Autonomy & Flexibility: There is a high level of trust which enables you to work on interesting projects with great sense of ownership. 2. Skill development: Lots of opportunities to grow (training, coaching,...), also given the ever evolving landscape new opportunities arise quickly. 3. Employee benefits: A very complete and attractive salary package 4. We're in this together: Everybody (really everybody) is always eager to help as we're all in this journey together! Lastly, lots of fun! There are a lot of activities planned throughout the year where you can participate: Cycling race, football tournaments, darts cup,... As well as workshops, smoothie days,... The great colleagues are also a big plus!

      Cons

      Some of the cons for me would be: 1. Stress: Given the high pace environment, it sometimes also brings some stress to the table. 2. Gambling / Entertainment industry: It's a very niche industry with a big responsibility within Responsible Gaming.
