1) No policies at all
2) No Increment/Appraisal policy, they say we already pay you a lot, every year
3) They hire you, and then change the role totally, also change salary after joining and trap you
4) No HR in office, everything operated from Germany
5) Always criticized for work, never given any appreciation even if the project was successful
6) Senior Management doesn't have any power, dictatorship ruling in India from Germany
7) Management totally against suggestions from employee, they consider it offensive when someone suggests something
8) People in India treated like slaves, asked to do whatever said without questioning
9) No celebrations/outings, on festivals you have to work for 8 hours
10) Your times in office will be strictly monitored according to clock, even if there is no work
11) You come home with a headache everyday !
