      - Knowledgeable and supportive environment; a tight-knit team who are very welcoming and enjoy working together. - Plenty of opportunity to work on greenfield projects with support from highly skilled senior devs, - Invest in staff with learning resources and allocate budget for industry certification. - Regular socials

      - Management sometimes reluctant to update to modern web development best practices, - Minimal scope for advancement within the company

      Pros

      Free tea and coffee. Christmas party, nice office and modern desks.

      Cons

      I have never worked anywhere with as much office politics. Internal fighting between staff - the senior developers are always keen to say 'I told you so'. There is little training offered and the MD is the type who would rather email you rather than walk 5 meters to speak to you. I experienced back stabbing and a culture of talking behind others backs from top to bottom, which I found hurtful and upsetting.
