I have been working at 22squared full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Will call everyone here my family. Such a great company that cares a lot about their employees.

    Cons

Depends on the client you work on.

I have been working at 22squared full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

22squared has the strongest, most driven, inspiring, and open-minded leadership I've ever worked under. They are always encouraging the employees to push themselves and the work to make it as strong as it can be. They invest in the employees, offer opportunities to learn and work on things you are passionate about--inside and outside of the office. Innovation is always top of mind and oftentimes we are provided with the support we need to try new things in new spaces. Great list of clients and always fun projects to work on. Work/life balance is very respectful. The employee's health and happiness absolutely comes first and that is honored here.

    Cons

Pay is low, raises are rare, and it is very difficult to move up as a creative. I have been in the same role for over five years. But 22squared is the best agency in South Florida, so if you are ready for a change you must leave Tampa.

    Cons

Very culty and only a good fit for straight edge people.

    I worked at 22squared full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A few decent people. Great resume builder. Plenty of opportunities to be caddy and judgmental, if you are into that.

    Cons

"Better together" says it all. 22 promotes intolerance at every level. From clients to coworkers. Perception is not reality. Sickening Cult-ure.

    Advice to Management

Get over yourselves and having 23 yr olds praise you.

    I worked at 22squared full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible work environment, beer/food available often, some good people

    Cons

Management stopped caring, as the company grew bigger it lost its focus on the "little people". Turnover got higher, and the culture just isn't what it used to be.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to treat everyone well despite a growing company. No perks in the world can make up for having a stable environment of co-workers and a boss who actually cares.

    I have been working at 22squared full-time

    Pros

Great focus on culture and the happiness of employees

    Cons

    Not enough female creative leadership

    Advice to Management

Creative Directors are spread too thin, which leads to not being able to give thoughtful feedback and grow younger employees.

    Pros

Nice people, a culture that rewards loyalty and success, actively participate in employee's professional growth, privately held, stable company.

    Cons

The highly democratic approach to decisions and change, while necessary for longevity and stability, can tend to feel a little pervasive and smothering.
