-Overwhelmingly white. The least diverse place I've ever worked. Management knows it's a problem but are slow to act on it through hiring. No attempt to intentionally attract non-White applicants and this leads to very narrow worldviews and perspectives. -This has probably been dealt with through the TMP acquisition, but they desperately need a formal HR department. The way they handle reviews and restructuring was without any sort of organization. People were left in the dark and then suddenly let go. -Their creative teams are absolutely beholden to huge monolithic companies that hinder the very best conceptual work. Great innovative strategies are often scrapped in favor of whatever "safe" concept the most senior member of the client team wants--even to the detriment of the final product.
